Hyatt Place Sanya City Center

The location is fine and acceptable, not far from the city center, The service was good, also the breakfast (only the fried eggs could be a little bit fresher), the view is fantastic, the rooms are of a nice size

A nice, if bland, hotel that met all our expectations! Great location in the city centre. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety - but if you like sweet cakes and pastries there weren't many of those. Items rotate, so if you don't see much you like on the first day it will be different the next day. The view from breakfast over the mountains is really nice.

Should Include microwave and basic cutlery in room for travellers' best convenient. Staff should make more communication with guest so as to understand guests' need well
